Product Description: Cell Biolabs’ Uric Acid/Uricase Assay Kit is a simple HTS-compatible assay for measuring uric acid concentrations in biological samples such as serum, plasma, and urine without any need for pretreatment.  The kit has detection sensitivity limit of 0.5 µM of uric acid or 1 mU/mL uricase.  Each kit provides sufficient reagents to perform up to 400 assays, including standard curve and unknown samples.,
